Shipping Information
How quickly should I expect my order?
Where possible, all orders are packed and shipped to you via express post within 48 hours. Orders are shipped via Express or Registered Post where appropriate, so depending on your location in Australia you should receive your item within 7 days. International orders are sent Registered Post or Courier as requested. We always aim to hvae your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. If you feel your delivery is taking longer than expected, please email us at info@southernstarssaddlery.com or call +64 418 947 321 so we can follow it up for you.
How do you send the Point Two Canisters?
The Point Two CO2 Canisters are pressurised and therefore cannot travel by air. They must travel by road freight only, and this can mean that the delivery of your replacement canisters can be delayed longer than normal. For this reason we always recommend you hvae at least 2 canisters on hand at all times.
My package has arrived, but it is damaged...?

What is the item I ordered is out of stock?
We will notify you of this by phone or email, and ship to you as soon as possible, usually within 7-28 days.
