How quickly can I get my new order?
We aim to ship items currently in stock within 48hours of processing your order.  Southern Stars Saddlery we use Express Post or Registred Post to ensure a fast, prompt delivery to your door or Post Office Box.

How can I pay?
Our online store uses Paypal for secure payments.  You can use your Paypal account, your credit card or bank balance to make a payment through Paypal, and you do not have to have a Paypal account to shop with us.  By using Paypal, your details are secure and your information is not shared.  Should you prefer to not shop online, please contact us and we can take your payment details over the phone.

What if the size or style I order is not in stock?
If the particular item you order is not currently in stock, you will be contacted and offered to be put on back order or refunded in full.  If you don't mind waiting, we should have your order here for you within 7-28 days, depending on the supplier. We use an express courier service to bring our stock from the UK straight here as quickly as possible.  We will of course offer you both options and keep you updated as to the status of your order.

What if what I have purchased is the wrong size for my horse?
If you try your new purchase on, and it is the wrong size, please don't use it.  Return it via registered post with all labels and packaging within 21days to exchange for the correct size, with no additional charge.  For more information on our returns policy, click here.

Why can't I refill my Point Two Canister or use another type?
The Point Two canisters are specifically made to be used in the Pro Air and Children's jackets.  They are the correct size and shape to fit the threads of the firing mechanism and are filled to the exact pressure and volume required to correctly inflate the jackets. To ensure the jacket works correctly, Point Two branded canisters are the only ones that should be used and at this stage they cannot be refilled. There are Children's canisters for the Small Child and Medium Child Jackets, and the Adults canisters for the Large Child and Adult sizes.  We recommend you always have 2 canisters on hand with you.

I am interested in buying a saddle, but how do I know it will fit?

Please contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing a saddle from our range.  Our saddles are fully adjustable, and if your local saddle fitter has a heat machine they can do this for you, or we can send you instructions for making a template and we can adjust the saddle prior to shipping.  Alternatively, please contact your state agent for a personal visit and fitting.  For Contact details click here.
